• When will my order be delivered ?
    The order is dispatched in 2-3 days and it may take another 3-5 days for the order to get delivered to you depending on your address and the distance the order has to travel.
  • How to I know that Krooked can deliver on my addres ?
    The final delivery is decided based on the pincode you enter. You can check if your area is serviceable by entering your pincode in the field given on the product description page. We keep updating the serviceable areas so if we are not able to deliver on your pin code right now, please come again later and check.
  • What if I want to cancel the order?
    You can cancel the order within 24 hours from the time of placing the order. Once the order is processed and is in advance shipping stage or is already dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, if you want, you may reject the package at the time of delivery. The refund will be processed once the product is delivered to us.
  • Can I change the address after the order is placed ?
    No. The address cannot be changed once the order is placed. However, you can cancel the order within 24 hours from the time of placing the order and then place a new order. Entire amount for the cancelled order will be refunded to the original payment method. +
  • What is the returns policy ?
    We accept returns only if the size is wrong or if the product is in damaged condition or a wrong pattern is received. We provide a return window of 5 days from the date of delivery to return the product.

  •  I got a wrong size, how can I replace the product ?
    You can put a return request from the orders section. If your area is servicable, we will pick up the product from you on the schduled date. If pick up is not available, you can ship the product back to us on the below address. We will process the refund once the product is received and verified.
  • How much time does it take to process the refund after the product is received ?
    It may take up to 3 working days for the refund to get processed once we receive the order.
  • How much time will it take for the refund to get credited to my account after it is processed?
    The refund times may vary depending on the payment method that was used for making the payment.

  • The tracking for my order shows out for delivery. Is there a specific time when it will be delivered to me ?
    Our delivery partners deliver the orders between 7am – 10 pm. We cannot promise a time specific delivery.
  • I am not available on the date of delivery, can I reschedule the delivery ?
    If you are not available to accept the delivery, you can reschedule it by contacting the delivery partner directly 24 hours prior to the estimated delivery date.
  • I accidentally returned a product that was not purchased on Krooked. Will I get it back ?
    If you return a product that is not from Krooked, we won’t be able to return it. You will need to create another return request and return the original item. Refund will be provided only after we receive the original item. No refund or compensation will be provided for the incorrect item that you have sent.
