Repalcement Policy

Items within return window and in stock are eligible for free replacement.  The replacement order will be sent after the original order is received by us and is verified. You can request a replacement if :

  • The size received is wrong.
  • The product is damaged
  • Incorrect product is received

Refund  Policy

The refund will be processed within 3 working days after we receive the product. The refund, once processed, will be credited to the original payment method. The time of the refund to reflect in your account may wary depending on the payment method. For UPI, Credit/Debit Card, the refund may take up to 3-5 working days. For Net Banking, it may take up to 2-4 working days. And for Krooked wallet, the refund will be credited to the wallet in 24 hours. 

Return Pick up Policy

Return pick up is available for eligible addresses. You will be notified about the pick up at the time of creating the return. If in case pick up is not available at your location, a self-ship option will be visible and will be selected automatically.
To make sure the pick up is successful, kindly make sure the product is in its original packaging with the price tag and other accessories in it. The pick up associate may reject the pick up if the price tags or the accessories are missing.

Good to know points:

  • The pick up will be attempted between 7 am to 10 pm by the agent on the scheduled date. We cannot promise a time specific pick up.
  • A return request can be created only within the return window.
  • The agent may deny the pick up if the original packaging and the price tags are missing.
  • Return can be picked up only from the address on which the order was delivered.
  • If you are not available at the time of pick up, the agent may cancel the pick up. In such a case, you will need to create a new pick up. The new pick up also has to be created within the next 3 days. Prior to that, the returns option will be disabled.

Self Ship

For addresses where pick up is not available, you will receive a return mailing label. The mailing label contains the address on which you will have to ship the order. You will need to add a copy of the invoice and a note with the Order ID mentioned on it.
Once you ship the order, you can send us the courier receipt on [email protected] . We will reimburse the shipping charges of up to Rs. 100 in the form of Krooked Kredits.

  • When will my order be delivered ?
    Ans – The order is dispatched in 2-3 days and it may take another 3-5 days for the order to get delivered to you depending on your address and the distance the order has to travel.
  • What if I want to cancel the order?
    Ans – You can cancel the order within 24 hours from the time of placing the order. Once the order is processed and is in advance shipping stage or is already dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, if you want, you may reject the package at the time of delivery. The refund will be processed once the product is delivered to us.
  • What is the returns policy ?
    Ans – We accept returns only if the size is wrong or if the product is in damaged condition or a wrong design is received. We provide a return window of 5 days from the date of delivery to return the product. We take the product back from you and ship a replacement for it.
  • What if I don’t want a replacement and need refund only.
    Ans – At present, we only provide replacement. Refund will be provided only if replacement is not available.
  •  I got a wrong size, how can I replace the product ?
    Ans – You can put a return request from the orders section. If your area is servicable, we will pick up the product from you on the schduled date. If pick up is not available, you can ship the product back to us on the below address. We will process the refund once the product is received and verified.
  • How much time does it take to process the refund after the product is received ?
    Ans – It may take up to 3 working days for the refund to get processed once we receive the order.
  • How much time will it take for the refund to get credited to my account after it is processed?
    Ans – The refund times may vary depending on the payment method that was used for making the payment.
